Expo Hacks is a high school hackathon—a 12-hour programming event where students work in teams to make various software projects. When the hackathon starts, feel free to design, code, and build anything you want! You’ll also be able to check out the arts component of the event towards the end of the hackathon.

Prizes will be awarded to the other remaining members of the team that wins the internship.

DROCON Drones (3)

Training Quadcopter with HD Camera Equipped With Headless Mode One Key Return. Prizes will be awarded to all those who do not receive the TechHive internship in the second place team.

Arduino Kits (3)

Super Starter Kit with Tutorial for Arduino. Prizes will be awarded to all those who do not obtain the TechHive Internship in the third place team.

Paid 10 Week Internship at Elliemae Inc.

Intern will be chosen by the top winning team. Salary will be announced to the chosen intern.

The earth is getting warmer, and humans are contributing to climate change, are you ready to tackle this difficult problem? Deforestation, droughts, floods and extreme weather events are endangering the lives of our most vulnerable. Make something that helps us leave a better planet for our children.

Social Impact

Release your inner activist. Do you want our leaders to stay accountable to the people? Are you dissatisfied with the current state of things? Do you want your voice to leave a bigger impact on those who make decisions that affect all of us? If so, you might be interested in making a project related to social impact.
